- These terms of use (the 'Terms') govern your use of the near.st website, any associated sub-domains, any mobile applications as well as any software we may develop from time to time (collectively, the 'Site'). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
- Please also refer to our privacy policy and our cookie policy, which form part of these Terms.
- If you are a retailer making use of the NearSt service through our dashboards or other logged-in parts of the Site your Shopkeeper Agreement will apply along with our Retailer Privacy Policy.
- Any changes we may make to these Terms in the future will be posted on this page. Please check back to this page frequently to see any updates or changes.
2. Information about NearSt
- The Site is operated by NearSt Ltd ('we', 'us' or 'our'), a company registered in England and Wales. These pages are published by NearSt on behalf of the retailer: Grampian Health Store ('the Retailer').

3. Your Use of the Site
- The content on the Site is updated on a regular basis and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available, complete, accurate, or free from errors or omissions.
- Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice, and will not be liable to you if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other user's use of it. You may not modify, copy, publish, license, sell or otherwise commercialise the Site or any content on it.

- The status of NearSt (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged.
- If you breach these Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

- Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date.
- We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
- We do not limit or exclude our responsibility to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7. Applicable Law
- These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
