  3. If you are a retailer making use of the NearSt service through our dashboards or other logged-in parts of the Site your Shopkeeper Agreement will apply along with our Retailer Privacy Policy.
  4. Any changes we may make to these Terms in the future will be posted on this page. Please check back to this page frequently to see any updates or changes.

2. Information about NearSt

  1. The Site is operated by NearSt Ltd ('we', 'us' or 'our'), a company registered in England and Wales. These pages are published by NearSt on behalf of the retailer: Grampian Health Store ('the Retailer').
